There are many differences between learning my native language and learning English language as my second language. And there many words like for example, glass , tires , lamp and radio . First, I started to learn how to speak in my native language when I was three years old, but I started to learn english language when I was eight years old. Second, learn how to speak correctly in my native language took me six years, yet it took me nine months to learn how to speak, write and read in English language. Also, when I was learning my native language I was surrounded by people who just speak my native language, in contrast when I learn english language here in U.S I am surrounded by people who speak english language and also my friends who speak my native language and that is what makes it difficult to me. Third, when I read in my native language I read just for fun, on the other hand when I read in english I read for getting informations. Finally, I do not need to translate words in my native language, however I might need to translate words when I read something in the English language. In conclusion, I hope after I finish learning language I start to learn German and French language because I like learning new languages.
